How to Fill in Information About the Establishment?

Flexible settings of the Stravopys service allow you to specify the maximum of the useful and necessary information about your establishment for displaying it in the digital menu for visitors.


When you get to the establishment’s settings page, the first thing you will see is information about your Pricing plan and its validity period.


In the block "Establishment Base Info" you can specify the main information about your restaurant or cafe.

By default, the name that you specified during registration will be entered in the field "Establishment Title".

In the drop-down list "Establishment Type" select the option that suits you. This is necessary for the correct display of your information in Google search.

"Menu Language" allows you to correctly localize the labels in your menu for the user.

The entered actual data in the "Contact Phone" field (in the format + (country code) phone number, for example, +38 (073) 309-09-03) and "E-mail" (in the email@domain.com format) will allow your customers to contact you if necessary since phone and email are listed at the bottom of the Stravopys online menu.

Leave a link to your "Web Site" in the format like "https://stravopys.com/", if you have one.

The value in the "Timezone" field is set automatically, but if necessary, you can change it to one relevant to your country or state.

You must click the "Save" button for the changes to take effect.


The "Social Networks" section allows your users to go to your social profiles directly from the digital menu.

In the fields "Instagram", "Facebook", "Twitter" and "Telegram" you need to insert only your nickname-identifiers in these social networks. For example, the Stravopys service links to Instagram and Facebook look like this: https://www.instagram.com/stravopys and https://www.facebook.com/stravopys, respectively, so you should only specify the identifier "stravopys" directly in the Administrative Panel. For the changes to take effect, you must click the "Save" button.


The block "Address Details" contains information about the location of your establishment.

The “Country” field is filled in automatically, based on the data you specified during registration.

In the field "Address" you need to enter the current address of your establishment, including the state, city, street, and other data that may be useful to visitors who are interested in this information. It is also indicated at the bottom of the digital menu for your establishment. For the changes to take effect, you must click the "Save" button.


The "Header" section allows you to set images to display in the menu header for your visitors. After loading the cover, you must click the "Save" button for the changes to take effect.


The “QR Code” block contains a link to the online menu of your establishment in the Stravopys service, which you can post on your social networks, as well as an up-to-date QR code, scanning of which will lead users to your menu page. You can download the QR code for further placement on tables or at the entrance of your establishment by clicking on the "Save as SVG" button.
